AWS::Connect::RoutingProfile RoutingProfileQueueReference

Contains the channel and queue identifier for a routing profile.

Syntax

To declare this entity in your CloudFormation template, use the following syntax:

Properties

Channel

The channels agents can handle in the Contact Control Panel (CCP) for this routing profile.

Required: Yes

Type: String

Allowed values: VOICE | CHAT | TASK | EMAIL

Update requires: No interruption

QueueArn

The Amazon Resource Name (ARN) of the queue.

Required: Yes

Type: String

Pattern: ^arn:aws[-a-z0-9]*:connect:[-a-z0-9]*:[0-9]{12}:instance/[-a-zA-Z0-9]*/queue/[-a-zA-Z0-9]*$
