CREATE TABLE defines a new table.

where column_constraint is:

  UNIQUE [ NULLS [ NOT ] DISTINCT ] index_parameters |

and table_constraint is:

and like_option is:

index_parameters in UNIQUE, and PRIMARY KEY constraints are:
