Checks if Multi-Availability Zone (Multi-AZ) replication is enabled on Amazon Aurora and Multi-AZ DB clusters managed by Amazon Relational Database Service (Amazon RDS). The rule is NON_COMPLIANT if an Amazon RDS instance is not configured with Multi-AZ.
