SYS_INTEGRATION_TABLE_STATE_CHANGE: visualizza i dettagli dei log delle modifiche dello stato della tabella per le integrazioni.
Un utente con privilegi avanzati può visualizzare tutte le righe della tabella.

| state_change_reason | character(256) | Il motivo dell'ultima transizione dello stato. |
| record_time | timestamp | L’ora (UTC) in cui è stato aggiornato questo record. |
